Don’t worry, your enquiry is important to us and we work quickly. However, the time it takes to answer your query depends on the complexity of your requirements. For simple requests, like a price on 500 plastic pens printed in 1 colour, you can expect to receive a quote within 1 hour. For more complicated quotes we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. If it’s going to take longer our sales consultants will let you know.
This depends on the product you have ordered. You will always be informed of the lead times involved and any deadlines will be agreed before you place your order.

2. Email: Send your enquiry by email to email@example.com with information on the products you’re looking for.
3. Enquiry Basket: Browse the website and add the products you would like a quote into your enquiry basket and click send.

We like to quote accurately first time. When you make an enquiry, there are always several factors to consider including required, including, when you need them, artwork and printing requirements.
Most products we provide quotes on are valid for 30 days, but for some products pricing changes all the time both up and down, however we would discuss this with you during the quote process.
We put as much as we can on the website, but the truth is Dr Print can source any product you want and we can’t put everything on to the website! If there is something specific that you need or you are not sure what you need just call us and we will do whatever it takes to find it.
The minimum order quantity is showing as 500, but I only want 250. Can I still get a quote?
In most cases the answer will be ‘Yes’. The minimum order quantity varies by product and can often suggest viable alternative even if we’re unable to supply the original product selected.
We always send proofs of products before supplying any product because we want to ensure that you’re happy with how they look with your brand.
In most cases we can supply plain samples. Low value samples (worth under £1) are usually supplied free of charge. We don’t often supply printed samples due to high set up costs involved. However, whether we produce a physical sample really it depends on the manufacturing process, size, value and complexity of the order. For instance, for mugs, pre-production samples are produced as part of the printing process, but for plastic pens, printers usually print from the signed-off PDF proof.
You need to send us artwork in a vectorised PDF or EPS format. We need you to send us your artwork so that we can print it onto your selected product.
You can send us your logo / artwork on email or via online sharing sites such as Dropbox. Any images can be supplied as high resolution vectorised EPS or PDF files at the required print size or larger. If none of this makes any sense to you, don’t worry we will talk you through the process during the quote
Origination is a one-off set up cost in the form of plates, screens, embroidery disks or a machine set-up cost.
On repeat orders this cost is usually reduced and can be waived completely in some circumstances.
For new customers, payment is required with the order, before it is released to production. 30 day credit terms are available for regular customers, and subject to credit checks. We accept payment via BACS, cheque and credit/debit card.
